The Highwater offers fantastic amenities, an unbeatable location, and a staff that truly makes you feel at home. Sandy was an absolute pleasure to work with—extremely attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring my application process went smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a seamless transition. Big shoutout to Eddy as well—he gave me a great tour when I moved in and was incredibly friendly and thorough. Overall, every staff member I’ve interacted with so far has been warm, helpful, and easy to talk to.

I’ve been living at Highwater for 2 years now and I absolutely love it, that’s why I decided to extend my rental. The management team is truly the best I’ve ever seen. They organize wonderful events for tenants, from fresh pastries for breakfast to light snacks in the afternoon. I just returned from their “white party” where I met incredible neighbors. Everything was organized at such a high level, with drinks, a photo spot, and even a DJ. Thank you so much to the Highwater team for making this building feel like home. I’m already looking forward to the next event!

Highwater has been one of the best places I’ve lived. The location is perfect, close to everything I need, yet quiet and peaceful. The building is modern, spotless, and feels very safe. Even when I had packages left in the lobby, they were always there waiting for me, which shows how well the property is managed. The maintenance team, especially Hernan and Musa, are outstanding. Every request I submitted was handled within hours. They are professional, friendly, and always make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. It is rare to find a team that dedicated and reliable. The leasing office is always available, quick to respond, and helpful with any questions. I’ve lived at Highwater since 2022 and thought it was finally time to write a review highlighting some of the exceptional staff. Sandy has been incredibly helpful and is always kind, approachable, and a pleasure to interact with. Moving and leasing can be stressful, but throughout all of my in-building moves, Sandy has been consistently supportive, proactive, and helpful, making each transition seamless. I also want to give a shout out to the maintenance team who have been excellent - Responsive, professional, and consistently helpful!

This review specifically goes out to Hernan. I had been trying for a month to get a car spot close to my lift after being allocated a car spot as far away as possible. It wasn’t until I bumped into Hernan in the car park, and he intervened, and got me a park the very next day. Been living at Highwater for a month now. It is an excellent complex. Amenities are new and clean and appliances are all top quality. Maintenance staff are fast and responsive. I especially love the roof top pool area. I am going to enjoy living here. Thanks team.
