Highview Manor

Trisha White, leasing agent, helped me with my move from Louisiana to NY. She assisted me with patience and precision. The complex is beautiful, and I feel safe here, which is a priority for me. My one bedroom apartment is much larger than I expected, and I love having living space for my grandkids to play, do arts and crafts, and “hang out” with me. My thanks to Amy Schoeps for the warm welcome. I feel at home here.

The materials used to repair or replace things are low quality and appear cheaply made. The exterior doors are in bad shape, locks are not secure. Handrails recently replaced are made of cheap wood. The letters in the front indicating the apartment number are plastic. The previous numbers were removed and never painted. I've spoken to the office staff 10 times over the past year and a half about getting a key for the exterior lock. It still has not happened. It appears the owners are more concerned about the bottom line rather than maintaining the buildings.

Highview Manor has been a great experience all the 3 years we have lived here so far! All staff including maintenance men and in office staff have always been friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs! Maintenance is always prompt when called especially when emergencys happen! Will always recommend this company!!!!

Dan G. Is always professional and courteous when coming into the unit to assist with any maintenance requests. Requests are always handled in a timely manner and an explanation is always given as to how to prevent the issue in the future as well.

Not a bad place to live. Been here for a few months. The only issue I have is that they don’t care for grass cutting and keeping the complex looking good. Other places cut grass weekly, I’ve only seen the grass cutting once since August. There’s a lot of dog poop in the grass also. I wonder how the snow removal will go in the winter..
