Highland Towers - Senior Living 55+

I moved in over 2 weeks ago and Miss Mya from the leasing office from the very beginning from showing me the apartments and staying in contact with me made my move-in go smoothly, and I did the move in checklist paperwork on the apartment and what I needed fixed was fixed within one week minor things but they jumped right on it and. residents are very friendly and neighborly and in my opinion the building is maintained very well. I will continue to update as time goes on.

Update8/26/25: Our owners seem to have finally found a Building Manager and Maintenance Supervisor that get things done, and done correctly. Changing my review from one star to four and I am now much happier about living here in the future. Keep up the great work! Update 5/25/25: Holiday weekend: Again the building has no hot water. The front door buzzer is still not operable (no Doordash here). The elevator is back up but display i not working. Update 5/11/25: One elevator has been down again for 4 days with no one working on it. The front door system will still not let me buzz in a delivery and work order requests are just being cancelled now. Two stars cancelled again. Update 5/1/25: The front door lock and the elevators are now working and the building has hot water. I've added two

We need Security like ASAP. The doors are always open anybody can come in the Building. So why does the building don't have Security. What will it takes to get Security in the Building. I'm reading the reviews and hearing all the things that gone on come on now.. SERIOUSLY

I truly appreciate these reviews as I was considering being an occupant here. I definitely will NOT after reading the reviews and the sad responses left by the apartment complex. Thank you for sparing me!!!

If you have people who live here you need to check on them whenever you can. This place is getting worse across the board smh. If you plan on moving here, please look elsewhere asap. If you come for a tour, talk to the residence that live here. Don't let Christy or whatever her name is lie to you this place is horrible. Let's talk about it in detail. Security is one of the biggest issues. You literally to walk in almost any door because they're broke and not locked. This is a major issue, there have been people that have been hurt, one resident #611 killed his mother and they still haven't cleaned the apartment out yet. That was maybe 3 months ago Facts.
