There accounting department is incompetent or shady because I had made a payment showed proof of payment yet was dragged to court over there mistake and spent countless hours trying to straighten this out and it was never sorted. There other payment methods all require fees. They really need to set up a cash app or accept cash. Instead of having to jump through hoops just to pay them. Very frustrating renters beware. Bless you all. With a 666 phone number you know what the business is.

2 bedroom apt has been over $1600 for months. But they blame their outdated priced website and market for bait & switching. Website rent isn’t remotely close to actual rent. Astronomically different. Very gross. If you enjoy wasting your time, talk to highland park!

The management is the worst thing that I have ever seen. Recently I've got a friend that l was trying to help to find one bedroom apartment and I was very surprised to see how some people of the staff were trying to steal her money. The environment is not bad, they were friendly firstly but you will be surprised if l tell you they still keep her deposit without any contact. How could someone could keep people money like that? Our next step is to sue Highland Park Apartment for taking advantage on us .They don't let us any other choice . We've tried a lot to have the $500 back discussing / arguing, instead they called the security agent to push us out.

This is a truly disheartening place to live. Starting with they deleted my first review. The management here is rude, condescending, lazy and greedy. They do not do their jobs. They will not repair things that should have been fixed prior to renting out units. My wall has a rotting hole in. I’ve been asking for it to be fixed since early September. We about to be heading into November. I’ve not heard anything about the situation other than they are waiting for a bid…. And that when I reach out. None of management keep up on communications. My sliding glass door is also broken and it looks like I’m going to have to fix it myself. We can’t use our fire place because the wall that houses the fire place is rotting away. Still the worst place I've ever lived. I'd avoid this place at all cost. Mold, ran down units, TERRIBLE management, and the washer and dryers never worked and were extremely nasty.
