I had a great experience with the office team during my tour! Even when they were busy, they remained professional, welcoming, and attentive. Celine answered all my questions clearly and made sure my concerns were handled. It’s refreshing to see such strong customer service and organization. I truly appreciate their dedication!

I recently moved into Hidden Valley Apartments after taking the time to explore several options to ensure I found the perfect fit. I’m happy to say that Hidden Valley has exceeded my expectations. My apartment is extremely clean, well-maintained, and looks fantastic. The entire leasing process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Celine, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home from day one. Celine deserves 5 stars. I have been a resident of Hidden Valley since 2018 & have watched the property management change several times. Celine is the FIRST of many to really care for her tenants. She is about her business, professional, timely, great communication, pleasant, & understanding. She was the first property manager that reached out to me about my renewal to see how she can make my stay more comfortable. She pays attention to the small details & goes the extra mile to make Hidden Valley feel more like a community.

To anyone looking for a nice area with kind people in the office to help your process with a smile Celine is your girl. She made everything worth it and I’m pleased with my apartment. She is kind , helpful and consistent making sure everything went smooth. I love her energy and so happy I found this place

My daughter and I went on a tour for her first apartment and i must say the staff was so polite and patient; Celine took her time to answer my questions and reassured me that i wasn’t leaving my baby in bad hands. They had refreshments in the office too A PLUS!
