This place deserves no stars. We can go down the list but to start let’s start with this recent summer where we had no air for the whole summer and the rental office manager Kim and the rest of the maintenance staff lied and gaslite us and said that it was a water pump or broken water pipe underground that needed to be fixed in order for the residents to get air so for the whole summer none of the residents had air. It was no compensation no fan no portable units no anything for the residents . Fast forward to the winter. Now there’s no hot water. They haven’t picked up the trash since the snowstorm as well as the mailboxes are broken, so if you are expected to get mail, you will not the post office will not deliver mail

Water heat issues on going since last year until present. No one ever respond back to you when you submit request for things to be done in your apartment. They continue to tell you we are waiting on approval. A concerned resident. Broken front glass door. The door swings back and forth all day and night. I have reported numerous times. The light is also out and has been out for quite some at top out front of bldg.

I had a horrible experience during the application process. Destiny Brown was very rude and nasty. I asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up on me. I called back she then stated I could not speak to a supervisor because I was not a current resident. If that’s how you treat potential resident, I would hate to see how you treat current residents. Thankfully Tina answered my call and took over.

This Complex Is TERRIBLE! In The SUMMER NO AIR, In The WINTER Limited Heat! Been Freezing Outside NO HOT WATER And CURRENTLY STILL NO HOT WATER.! Laundry Room Pipes Leaks Washing Machines Will Flood! Trash Removal HORRIBLE ! Such A Problem The Mice Are Out Of Hand They Wake Me Up Asking Whats For Breakfast!

I recently moved in (May) and the issues I’ve seen and witnessed is the lack of communication between the staff and residents. There is not enough handicapped parking or parking for the residents it’s no way they really tow not one playground on the property is functioning for the children to use pool is not open and all you here is a bunch of excuses . They don’t give you new appliances when you move in my stove was painted and they did not replace you can’t even tell if it was clean since the paint is chipping it’s time for a upgrade from the top to the bottom The air had been out for 2 days and all they can say is HVAC is out which is a lie they need a whole new system. On top of that the rail in my build has been broken since MY as a result I fell on 22 July and no one reached out to
