I had a pretty rough experience just getting into the property but once I was in and you moved onto that resident service side baby is chefs kiss Markia was amazing. Jamaal was amazing. Jason was amazing. Miss Keisha was amazing. Mr. Quinton was amazing Carlos Kimberly A1 staff on the residence services side and they truly got everything together for me with that crazy app flex rent so I just wanted to give you all a amazing shout out because y’all customer service was key for y’all and y’all made me feel so comfortable thank you so much.

Mrs. DAE is That Girl! This is the best I’ve been handled since living here. She is very professional and pays attention to detail. You can tell that she actually cares about the residents. She is not just talk! You can see the change in the community! Keisha! I just love her! She is professional and funny! She stays on top of things! If you don’t understand something she either walk you through it without judgement. This community is being turned around for the better. I just transferred to another apartment and the upgrades are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Mrs. DAE for bringing a woman of your word. Thank you Keisha for all your help and guidance with my transfer. They got the dream team in the office now! Markia and Tery and Kim also helped me with the transfer. Jason was a great help as well v

I've been at Carriage Hill for a year, this is actually my first place as a single mom for me and my son. My experience has been great living here. Everyone in the community is friendly. The people who work in the rental office are extremely helpful and truly make you feel like you matter within this community. The location is also great as far a distance to my job. The community has done some great things for the residents here..More recently there was a holiday party for the youth ,where there were dance performances, a DJ, they offered Food, face painting and even gave out a Christmas gift to all the children. They also did a Holiday door decorating contest this past week and I won as the 1st place winner of a flat screen TV! This was great Because being a single mom I was not able

I had an amazing experience. Staci one of the Leasing professionals was very helpful she broke everything down step by step and made sure that felt comfortable with all the information policies and procedures. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone that is interested in moving to this complex. Also all of the staff on property were very friendly and welcoming.

From the time I came in to submit an application to the day I moved in the staff there was very professional and treated me with nothing but respect. Ms Staci was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me abreast with what was going on during the application process. On the day that I signed my lease agreement Ms Staci walked me through step by step to make sure that any and all questions that I had was answered. I was given a tour and I felt like I belonged. I would recommend Carriage Hills apartments as a place to live. Thanks to all the staff that assisted me.
