Since September, I have resided in this apartment before finalizing the lease agreement. I inquired about the possibility of viewing the apartment prior to signing the lease, but the landlord informed me that the apartment was undergoing renovations. Despite this, I proceeded with the lease agreement, assuming the best intentions of the property owners. On the 12th of the month, I moved in and discovered several issues. The alarm was hanging precariously on the wall, the bathtub had a noticeable stain, the locks were malfunctioning, and the closet doors were wedged against the wall. A week later, I began experiencing sightings and sounds of mice. I found one deceased mouse in my toilet and another deceased mouse under the sink on the trap. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but unfortunately, this place deserves one. For paying over $1900 in rent, this complex has really bad mice issues. My family has been here all of three months, and we've seen five mice in our unit. It's really unfortunate because the units are beautiful. But no one from management or even corporate, seems to care about these issues so we are looking to relocate ASAP. Every time it gets reported that we've seen one, pest control is sent out and all we get is "I put down the traps, that's all i can do". We've seen where these creatures can come from, the entire floor board is up around the entire unit, it's entry point central, and where they may be nesting, which is IN THE STOVE. Visited mu uncles spot for thanksgiving!Nice little apartment, Until I got to the bathroom and there was some sort of compartment cabinet thing¡ Me being me opened it and it was totally disappointing. I don't know what it is even for because what I though it was for doesn't quite mach what it is, or what the property managers thought it was for¡ its a little bit tacky, my uncles little bar isn't Bared enough or to barred... My daughter just recently put a review out using my phone. What she said was a big misunderstanding so disregard that. I’ve never lived on the property so I don’t know what’s it’s like living there. But I do know the ladies in the rental office are very professional I felt like I was at home. The office was clean and smelled nice. And every one was dressed professionally. I went to view a unit 2 bed and a den very roomy nice and clean. Ms. Cheyana Britt made sure I understood everything she discussed and explained everything to me, all my questions was answered. She assisted me and my mother with our application she’s the best! Ladies keep up the good work.
