Heritage Preserve

I have been here 2 years. When I first moved here I was happy to be here, I did like the staff, but I think that corporate is very inflexible, and they are quick to charge massive fees. The building I live in is starting to smell like weed, and the neighbors are kinda rude. I miss what it was like when I first started living here. They also changed my lease... they did technically tell me... but didn't really make it that apparent...when I signed up, they told me that my rent would be due the 15th of every month, well... it changed, and then I got assessed a fee for paying late because I was used to paying on the 15th... my father was there when the lady told me. I know the manager told me that the previous staff ended up gone because of misinforming people and not doing the right thing..

I actually really love living here and of all the apartments I’ve rented It’s my favorite. It’s super peaceful here. It’s the perfect location if you ask me. It’s right on the edge of the country but you’re still close to the Columbus area with none of the congestion. This complex has elevators as well so it makes moving in and out so much more easier. My experience has been pretty good in terms of any kind of maintenance requests and their response times have always been really good. They also regularly come clean the hallways. The staff have been lovely and the units look absolutely lovely and I really enjoy the balcony views. I love the open floor plan and my unit especially gets really good light with a beautiful view of the meadow and tree line. My only real complaint is that the bath

The experience we had with Traci to tour this property was utterly appalling. The lack of hospitality speaks volumes. This was our first impression of the property and mind you, it was not a good one. We were never greeted nor engaged with for our inquires. Traci was silent the entire time. Everything was extremely rushed. Traci left my significant other and I behind as she sprinted to your car on both occasions and into the buildings. I truly thank Brandi, the property manager for speaking with us and answering my questions, although it should not have taken me speaking up on my own, to get that attention. We were really looking forward to viewing this property and submitting an application. Unfortunately, we will not be renting with Heritage Preserve due to the extremely off putting fir

I had the absolute best experience while living at Heritage Preserve Apartments. My apartment was so clean and beautiful! I loved it!!! I believe I was only the second person to have lived in it. The location was absolutely perfect; a picturesque country setting yet conveniently close to everything! And the elevator was a huge plus as was the washer and dryer they include! The office staff was always extremely pleasant and helpful and the couple of times I needed something, their maintenance staff was prompt and efficient! If I were to continue with apartment living, this is the only place I would want to rent!

I have lived at Heritage Preserve for 7 years and I LOVE it here! The location is top notch and the amenities are very nice!!! I love being in a nature preserve with walking trails nearby. It is very peaceful and quiet but still in close proximity to many locations in the Hilliard, Dublin, and Columbus areas. My lease is up in September and I just signed a new two year lease. Why would I leave “home”! If I have had any concerns, Brandi, the manager, addresses them immediately. She treats everyone with kindness and respect and always goes above and beyond. Sy and the maintenance team, are prompt and listen to concerns and work together the management to find a resolution or replacement. They even change my light bulbs and batteries in my smoke detectors!! Whenever I submit a request
