Hayman Company

Since Hayman company has started managing Flushing Valley apartments things has gone downhill and not taken care of when addressed. Our basement in building 15 is a dump and has been for months. Now we have water that leaked in added to the trash down there. It smells and unfortunately we go down there to do laundry. I have asked several times to be taken care of. According to our lease we are not to dump things in the basement. Doesn't matter here at Flushing Valley. Please respond. This is a health and safety issue.This is the clean up after talking to Laura at Hayman Company. If this is acceptable that's disgusting. These people are not going to clean up anything and flushing valley or hayman company will make it any better. Flushing Valley lives in a dump

I have tried reaching out to Hayman three separate times--and an additional three times directly to my building management--regarding an issue with my billing. Hayman has not responded to either of my emails, and when I called them regarding the issue, I was transferred to someone who didn't pick up the phone. I left them a message and gave them the benefit of the doubt since I did call on a Friday and hoped to hear back by Monday, but now it is the next Thursday and I still have not heard anything from them. Extremely unprofessional lack of communication. Edit: I just called the number they provided in their reply and after explaining my situation again, I was transferred to a different person this time, again going straight to voicemail.

I would like to sincerely thank Dierra Robinson from The Haymen Company at Reserve Square for her outstanding service. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference, and I greatly appreciate the excellent support she provided. Thank you, Dierra, for making the experience smooth and stress-free.

Truly evil, negligent company. They took over my apartment building a few months ago, and it's almost impressive how quickly it has become uninhabitable. They are masters of just barely staying above the law but even so have received violations for property maintenance. Avoid avoid avoid

Dierra (Ms. Dee) is always positive and happy to engage with residents to solve issues that is within her reach or at least try to find the answer for you. She is respectful and very kind and shows patience for us. I watch her engage with other residents and she gives everyone positive treatment even when the tenants are being very rude to her. Shout out to Ms. Dee!!
