Well where do I start !! If I could give this folks less than a star ⭐️ I would ! I came here after looking at several builders and when I saw their model home the Atlanta I was in love . I spoke with the sales manager chivon and offered her what she needed to get approved for their homes . But where I’m pissed off and beyond disappointed was when I offered her to buy the model home at heyes crossing . I told her money was not an issue and that I would pay anything in order to buy it for my family . She replied that according to the HOA , the house would not be up for sale since they couldn’t build a model home . I was so sad and believed the lie . Let me explain why I call it a lie .
