Hawthorne at the Ridge

I am writing to share that I had a wonderful experience living at Hawthorne Ridge Apartments. The environment was consistently pleasant, and the pool was always kept very clean. Additionally, the staff members were always cheerful and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you for providing such a great living experience!!

Just moved in this past Saturday and so far I’m loving it! Tons of amenities, super friendly staff and maintenance is super fast! My fridge and dishwasher didn’t work and they replaced them within a day. My cats are already so cozy and feel at home!

My review is based on Hawthorne at the Ridge as an establishment and not the environment created around it (that is not a claim that the surrounding environment is bad): This is the best staff I’ve ever dealt with as far as housing goes. They are always quick to respond whether it’s emails to the office or service requests to your unit. The staff stays on top of community events and mail letters. They’re super friendly and helpful and make us feel welcome as residents.

I had a wonderful experience touring Hawthorne at the Ridge. Brittany was very sweet, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and really took the time to show me around. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the property as a whole felt inviting and well cared for. The atmosphere here is friendly, and I left with a very positive impression. Overall, leasing staff is helpful, and the environment is safe. But if you live on a bottom floor apartment, expect to have a bad ant issue. The complex, pest control, and maintenance will completely ignore the ongoing ant colonies that are living inside of these apartments. Either wall colonies, or they’re getting access from outside through siding. I’ve also seen many black ants on people’s vehicles. That in itself will make for a very annoying time here. Otherwise, the place is fine
