This is what you’ll have to walk by and through everyday. Black mold and trash residue from people dragging trash around. The people that live here have completely trashed this place and nothing is done about it. It’s nothing like the photos. Maintenance sucks, there’s trash everywhere.

It's a shame that someone that has excellent rental history and no other blemishes would have such issues with getting their deposit back. While live here, my daughter had excellent rental history and she liked living at this complex. In 2023, she decided to move. She gave proper notice and took pictures; because The day she was moving out, the office was closed. She also notify the utility company and verify zero balance. Problem: She is due a deposit fee, which she paid when moving in her unit, but the company refuse to give her back the deposit. She emailed the property manager and company. They continuously tell her they will look into the issue and it will be resolved. 2024, issue still not resolved she never received her money.

I applied two years ago, & have got one call back stating they needed my social security number, that was in July of 2023. I keep calling & no one answers , i show up and no one is there ? Did my application get lost ? I've also emailed & still nothing.

They allow weed smoking inside the units and buildings even though it’s against and violates the contract. I told the office many time about weed smell and they are unable to do anything about it and I have to call police. This is will never end. I have a baby and there are other kids that live here so definitely not healthy AT ALL. I have breathing issues and can’t breathe well when I smell the weed coming inside my unit. Management is not doing their job by keeping this place enjoyable. Update: this place will never get any better and never care about our concerns. The quality of neighborhood, neighbors, managements, and services are below zero.

Not a safe place to live they allowed drug use they also allow harassing they do not follow the lease that you sign they also discriminate against you I'm moving out due to harassment and I have fair housing involved the management promised the neighbor above me would stop harassing me and it's been going on even after they promised they would stop it the lady above me also had 3 lease violations and they allowed her to stay. Looks nice from the road but when you move in here it's the trashiest living. The two apartments you definitely do not want to live in is c 101 and 102 the neighbors above you are very noisy and beautiful will not stop also management here does not care if you're vehicles get trashed call some to put cameras up to keep themselves safe and they discriminate on others
