It's a great place to live, but they in January are going smoke free. Now keep in mind that most of the people that live here are 62+, which means most of them have been smoking for over 50 years and they gave a year for these elderly human beings to quit or face eviction. The state law states in a public place smoking is not allowed. But the inside of an apartment that people pay money for is not public.It is a private domain. If they want to do something about the smoking, put the smokers upstairs and non smokers down stairs. Split them up, but to expect people to give up their rights is asinine. Decent place, everyone is friendly it's close to everywhere

The office staff is very kind. The maintenace people fill take care of your problems the same day no matter how busy they are--they must clone themselves. We would all stay in our apartments all day if it wasn't for our brilliant Service Coordinator who has something cool planned almost everyday from exercise to Putt Putt to a mental health support group. They are always here for us. The only problem I have is that the closets are too small, but that's my opinion, it wouldn't necessarily be yours.

I have lived here for going on 11yrs now and for the most part I love it here and the office staff and maintenance team are awesome however there are issues here that need attention..I know they try there best but more needs to be done the bed bugs here are out of control even though they spray every 3mo it's not enough and most of them come from the laundry room. Every time I do laundry I bring them in to my apt and it's ridiculous. I think a stronger treatment needs to be done and spraying every month.also we need a new laundry cart the one we have is broken down and old and discussing my apt needs painting very badly and have asked and they can't do it but will provide me with the paint but I can't find anyone to do it for me I have asked to be put into another apt and I can't be put
