When I lived there I had no problem with the maintenance, nor the property manager. Miss Diana made sure things in the apartment is done when doing a maintenance request. My building was quiet and everyone knew each other spoke and friendly. Parking was a bit much at times but the manager gave us permission to park on her property. This is a great place if I was back in Colorado I would still live there.

If i could give negativity stars i would. Awful. Stay away. Maintenance never fixes things how they are suppose to or in a timely manner. Got supposedly a new dishwasher(false) and when it was hooked up it leaked. We called to tell them their reply was well dont use it. Ummmmm how about we dont pay rent until things are actually fixed. Anything needs fixing, better just do it yourself. The people upstairs are always making noise to the point you are woken up at 5am by banging around and cant sleep until midnight because the banging never stops! Even when we called to complain the owner said “not much we can do, call the police”. There are multiple cars per unit so you almost have nowhere to park if you have guests over. The sidewalk and the street doesn’t get plowed so if you are walking
