Harbor Terrace Apartments

This place, for the $1400 in rent he's charging, is a mix between absolute hell and an intermediate lobby of Hell. Between the Landlord, his "administrative assistant" who you never see, and his wife who isn't even a part of management but will act like she is, they will manage to charge you a non-market based rent for apartments that haven't been updated since 1975. The bathrooms don't have outlets, there is no on-site maintenance as required by law, there roaches crawling through the common areas like they own the place and parking in the lot is a mind-boggling fight to figure out how so many vehicles live in so few apartments (with majority of them blocking the fire lane) Whatever you do, don't let Bhoopendra Prakash and his ilk lie to you and tell you the place is good cuz it ain't!

These apartments should be condemned and knocked down. I’m so happy that I moved out. The previous owner was Bhoopendra Prakash. The new owner Manish Singh doesn’t fix anything as well as the old owner. This place is infested with roaches, cockroaches, rodents and spiders. The landlord doesn’t do any repairs and the building always has trash laying around for months. Gnats flying in the building and in the apartments. There’s a white lady that is supposed to maintain the property but she doesn’t do anything to keep the property clean. The tenants let their dogs poop on the property and leaves it there for someone to accidentally step in. The apartments and building is very old and outdated. There are rodent hole’s everywhere.
