Colonial Village Apartments

I’ve lived at Colonial Village Apartments since 2014, and overall, my experience has been a mix of positives and areas for improvement. One of the strongest points is the neighborhood itself—it’s friendly, welcoming, and has a real sense of community. Safety has improved a lot compared to when I move in with my family. The location is very convenient, close to stores, schools, and community parks. The apartment grounds are well-kept and clean, making outdoor spaces pleasant for walking or spending time outside. The community is also pet-friendly, which is great for pet owners. The office staff are excellent—always professional, approachable, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Just moved into my beautiful apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The place feels cozy, fresh and perfect for me. Everything is well taken care of, and it feels like home already. I’m so glad I chose this apartment it’s exactly what I was looking for!

This is a pacefull and quiet place, perfect to live with your family, I've been living here for almost 3 years and so far i don't have any complaint, the customer service and maintenence are excellent, the monthly fee for rent very affordable, i recommend this place to live,

I have been living in Colonial Village for 5 years. Community is very peaceful. When I call the rental office, they respond immedately. Its a nice, friendly community.
