The parking is a little tight. Entering and exiting is also close. The apartment seems nice even though I only visited one family. I am very careful coming and going out of the complex. The playground could use an upgrade but my GG enjoyed.

March 9th 2026: Lack of quiet enjoyment due to extremely thin floors and noisy tenants above. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- October 11th, 2025- ALL the issues I mentioned 6 months ago are still occurring. The worst part is I have no peace on the ground floor due to noisy tenants jumping and running in the unit above mine. The floors between units are very thin and noise transfers easily. This Apartment Complex is horrible ! i applied almost 4 weeks ago for a 2 bedroom apartment, my move in date was april 14. i was informed last week that my move in date was changed to feb 23 lol the manager demonstrates poor communication skills and lack of understanding! I have called the office she's never there sometimes not even the office answers ! so that tells you alot. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT WORTH IT THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! 2/26 The Manager called my wife trying to offer her march 15 until my wife informed her that she applied with me together her whole mood changed with lots of excuses so unprofessional

want to warn prospective tenants about this property. The maintenance response here is severely lacking—I’ve been waiting on a critical maintenance request for over two months. Additionally, the rental office is almost always closed, and reaching management is incredibly difficult. If you’re considering renting here, I strongly urge you to think twice and look for a property with more reliable management and timely service.

Management and maintenance terrible.Apartment filled with black mold. It's been four managers in one year, and four maintenance supervisors. They are quick to move you in but once you're in, they are slow to fix anything in the units. They are worried about turning units instead of keeping up with the units.wr
