Oaks at Oxon Hill Apartments

Absolutely do not move here. Your car will have no security whatsoever. There are no cameras and they cannot provide security. My tires have been stolen twice in the last 3 weeks. Despite speaking to the office many times before, they have offered no solution.

I have been living here for about a month now, and I must say that from beginning to move in, I have felt the love and friendliness of the staff here at "The Oaks". From the beginning when I called and spoke with Ms. Brooks, she was very welcoming, as she described the property and reassured me that I would love it here, to when I came to visit the property and met with her. Her smile and enthusiasm to help is what made me believe that this was the place for me. I did a tour of the property and was very happy with what I was shown and from there I knew this was HOME. Ms. Brooks made my transition from my prior residence to here a great one. It's like I had my very own personal tour guide. My husband and I moved here mid December , they knew it was no heat they stated they didn’t a piece for the thermostat so they knew the heat was out. We called them to come fix it and they took their time when they finally came they brought us small space heaters that didn’t do a thing. Fast forward a month later and our heat went out again. This go round it’s snow outside 20 degrees we put in a work order and again they are dragging their Feet it’s literally 40 degrees in my house and they don’t care they still haven’t called or nothing 0000/000 do not recommend pls do not move here management sucks what looks good is not good. I had an amazing tour at Oaks at Oxon Hill, and I want to specifically shout out Takia. From the moment we started, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had all the information I needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I’ve toured several communities over the last month, and this experience truly stood out from the others. Takia made me feel comfortable and welcomed in a way I haven’t experienced elsewhere.
