Place offers a variety of layouts and modern style appliances which is nice. Location is convenient. Outside of that, it’s not worth the money. Windows don’t open and the elevators are a nightmare. Have 3 elevators but only 1 works and you’re lucky if you don’t get stuck on it. It’s been an on going issue for years and they can’t seem to get it right. Update: they sent an email out on 12/26 staying that 2 out of 3 elevators are fully operational. We get an email today 1/8/26 stating that all 3 elevators are out of service. Completely unacceptable. Not worth the headache or money. A true safety hazard.
Amen has been an exceptional leasing manager who truly goes above and beyond for myself and other residents. She consistently ensures that every task or concern is addressed promptly and always follows up with a call to confirm that everything has been resolved. Her professionalism and attention to detail make a real difference in the overall experience of living here. Even before becoming the leasing manager, Amen was always pleasant and welcoming as a concierge, but in her new role, she has elevated her dedication and leadership even further. She takes her position seriously and manages responsibilities with genuine care and efficiency. It’s refreshing to have someone so dependable, kind, and proactive leading the leasing team—Amen truly sets the standard for excellent service
Let's start with the good: The people who work there on site in the front office and the cleaners are all amazing people and make you feel welcomed. They try their absolute best. Maintenance team is always super quick and explains everything to you. For the most part, it's a clean and presentable building. They host holiday and community events Okay...the building is nice and in theory the amenities are too. However, within the last year, things have been going quickly down hill. The elevator concerns are well documented. 3 elevators and it's an absolute rarity if all 3 are working at once. Most of the time only 1 is working. Many people, including myself have gotten stuck in them. A lot of times, the elevators are all out of service. This is a 10 story building - many days where the eld
To The Oxford Community Staff & EV owners, The blatant misuse of the electric vehicle charging stations has reached an unacceptable level. These chargers are a premium amenity provided for the benefit of the entire community, not a private long-term parking solution for a select few. Leaving your vehicle plugged in for days at a time—long after it has reached a full charge—is incredibly selfish. Your refusal to move your vehicle is preventing others from utilizing a service they are equally entitled to. This "luxury" is being ruined by a complete lack of basic courtesy and common sense. Charging bays are for active charging only. Vehicles left stationary for more than 40 hours after a charge is complete is a blatant disregard for the established EV policy that the community sends out. If
Outstanding Service from Joseph and Taylor I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Oxford Apartments, especially thanks to Joseph the assistant manager and Taylor his assistant. I had just sold my home and needed to move quickly. and from the moment I reached out, they treated me with genuine care and urgency. I was approved for my apartment in less than a day, and what really touched me was how they both called me together just to say,“Welcome Home” and confirmed that I was approved and in 3 days I was able to move in. They understood the urgency of my situation and went out of their way to ensure that everything was taken care of quickly. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made me feel valued and appreciated- not just a tenant, but as a person.
