Hamburg Heights

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and every one who works here and the owner. I have been living here for almost 2 years now and lived in two different apartments in the building with my husband and daughter and never had a problem at all. This is a great place to live and everyone who lives here is very friendly. Don't let the negative people and reviews keep you from considering this place

we were in a bit of a different situation and had a special request. we could not enter a lease because we are buying a home that took longer than expected, and Surge was willing to help us until we close on our new home. We love this apartment complex, the parking is open, the apartment is spacious, and the rent was very, very reasonable. Kim is fantastic to work with as well as everyone else- especially Surge. thank you, thank you, thank you !

I loved living at Hamburg Heights! Surge, his sons and Kim were just great, and helpful! As a single mom I loved the fact that you needed a key to get in so not just anyone could some in. And the elevator made moving or when you have your hands full so easy! It was always clean and if I had any issues with my apartment they would be there with 24 hours. Never had ANY bugs in my apartment. A laundry room , 2 washers 2 dryers on each floor. My neighbors were great! I would forget i had any the apartments were so soundproof! I will recommend this apartment to anyone I know!

Very nice place to live. Management Surge his son's an Kim are wonderful people but strict. Absolutely no drugs!.... an you must have a measure of respect for your fellow neighbor an pay your rent! Its a Family oriented atmosphere which is nice. Camera's on the property. Surge the owner doesn't play around when it comes to you an your family's safety. He has a military background an believes in keeping everyone safe. They take pride in their properties keeping it clean lawn manicured with nice flowers in summer an Fall. Kim has the hallways always smelling amazing. Laundry room clean with brand new washer an dryer an affordable. Wonderful place to raise your children. Rickety elevator in need of repair. This represents the entire condition of the building. The front entrance is a hazard. Be careful if you are entering at the same time others are exiting. There is a rise in the floor that can cause you to fall down, especially if you are unfamiliar with that area. I didn't walk the entire premises but I'd bet there are more hazards about the property.
