The property is always clean, quiet and friendly. Candiss handles any requests, questions and concerns in a timely manner. I’ve lived here for more than 5 years and it’s been a pleasant experience ever since.

I’ve been living at Hallwood Manor Apartments for four years now, and I can say it’s been a positive experience. What really sets this place apart is the exceptional service from the property manager and maintenance staff. The property manager is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance team is equally impressive—fast, efficient, and always courteous. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been addressed quickly and correctly, usually within 24 hours. They do a great job keeping the property clean, safe, and in excellent condition. Hallwood Manor is a quiet, well-kept place to live and I appreciate the convenient location between both Rte 2 and Rte 90.

Great experience living here so far. Candace does a great job responding quickly and getting maintenance requests taken care of!
