Concord Place Apartments

I have lived here at Concord Place for a year now and i have not one complaint. From the time i moved in Carrie has been nothing but amazing and that still holds true till today: Chuck is over maintenance and he is equally amazing. He is fast to respond and whatever the issue may be it is resolved within 24 hours if it’s possible, if not he will keep you informed and set proper expectations. Carrie is always quick to respond and up front about what’s going on. The property is well kept and it’s a quiet community. This is by far the best place i stayed at!

***** December 29, 2025 Happy in my New Space 1 am transitioning from home ownership to renting a perfect space for my current lifestyle. I was a resident in 1999 and I loved it. This week 1 am returning to what I feel is the best fit. All the amenities are lovely and the location is perfect. I must say working with the Leasing Managers, Carrie and SJ and maintenance manager, Chuck made my decision to live here validated. I am looking forward to living my best life here.

I recently saw a Facebook post that drove me to take a look at this apartment community- as I entered it I did not even think I was in the right place because these apartment homes do not resemble “apartments” at all. The entire community is surrounded by trees and landscaping- the manager Carrie was exceptional and SJ the leasing agent was so incredibly helpful. I also got to meet their maintenance Director chuck who knew every single thing about this property and LOVED it. I loved that every member of the team was so passionate about the community!

Lived here for a year before buying a place. They were absolutely amazing completely remodeled inside. The attached garage comes in handy. They also give you the freedom to make it feel like home how you want it. On top of all that and the quiet and amazing neighborhood, there management team especially there property manager Carrie are on top of anything you need. Definitely I would say the top place to rent in mentor/concord area.

Concord Place has been a nice place to live. I have lived here for almost three years. Quiet, right near Mentor Avenue, no local income tax (township), relatively newer (built in the '90s), and the units feel like houses more than apartments, with a front porch, back patio, attached one-car garage, in-unit laundry, vaulted ceiling, flower beds in the yards, and only one neighbor on each side. The property has woods and a pond nearby, so walking around the neighborhood is pleasant and it's always nice hearing birds when you open the windows. There are both wooded lots and grass lots for backyards if you have a preference. The units have been remodeled, and they look a lot nicer now.
