Make an appointment for 12:30 on a Saturday to get there and have my appointment canceled at 12:25 and the doors are locked. If you don’t wanna do your job, that’s fine, but don’t waste others time the process, there’s too many apartments in Ohio, let alone the area to be driving around to appointments that could’ve been canceled in advanc- you’re not the only place!

Horrible place!!! Poorly maintained. Our bathroom leaked into the kitchen. Ceiling fell in in the 1/2 bath. Mold in the bedroom and closet. Hotwater tank leaked all over upstairs landing, boiler heat that went out all the time. We would go days without heat or hot water. Maintenance not available after 4 or on the weekend. Nothing ever got fixed and management will take u to court when u want to break your lease because of it. People moved out in the middle of the night all the time. DO NOT LIVE THERE

Been trying to call this place for a couple weeks now, their phone goes directly to an fax machine, with the high pitch beep, no way to even leave a message. I can see this now and then, but every single time I try to call. It would be nice to have some other way of contacting them...not a good way to conduct a business.
