Jeremiah one of the maintenance for the property is one amazing person. He is so true what he says he will do in fixing any issue with the unit. He is on time, comes in does the repairs, along with cleaning up after himself and there is no mess left at all. He even put my throw rug back in the kitchen and was so shocked when I seen this!! 😀 Destiny anytime I send an email to her she is always so responsive. Love the communication. Miranda is the same. I tried calling Cottonwood Lane Apartments three times, and left a couple of messages. However, I never heard back from anyone. I'm really sorry I couldn't at least speak with someone in leasing or management. I was looking forward to seeing the place.

We liked the unit but getting into communication with management is not possible. Scheduled the tour online and had to call to receive the code thankfully and hey answered and we were told to call back after for the application and i’ve been trying to call and leave voice messages and still haven’t heard back which is disappointing. Edit: nobody ever contacted me back. Mind you, they allowed us to view the unit because they had some available. We were deposit ready and have been since the tour so i don’t know why it was necessary to add the we don’t hold units part when you didn’t even send over the application like you said you would.
