My daughter was completely disrespected while talking to your leasing agent and was told she had to move because of a complaint that was very unprofessional of you want sell with tenants with issues maybe you in the wrong field. You joked about my daughter being in a domestic violence situation. Thos place is very unprofessional. Did not clean anything when she moved in, you want someone to pay full rent charge 100 for late fees but cannot be professional and handle your self like a leading agent is suppose to shame in this place and the disrespect told my daughter being she can't renew her lease because she complained about the condition of her apartment W oW So if you rent here best not complain or move elsewhere just a heads up

From the date that I moved in it has been nothing but a headache, from stomping above me never being addressed to people with big dogs placed on the top floor, tic and ant infestations during the summer, and nothing getting fixed ever. Our bathroom ceiling has been leaking for 5+ months with an order out to be repaired, never repaired, three different patch jobs were half ass repaired and never finished or painted. Pieces of the building flying off when it’s windy, and you can’t leave the parking lot when it snows because of the incline unless you’re in a truck. Management switches every three years and rent is also raised every year even if you’ve been living here? This is at best a roll over for college kids or a trap spot. I’ve been living here since August of 2021 and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Every time I have a maintenance request it is addressed in 24 hours tops. The maintenance man Kevin is very kind. I had an experience where I was unable to move my bed frame from in front of my window because I am pregnant, and he came to my apartment and moved it no problem. The leasing manager Candace is always very helpful as well and answers all of my phone calls and text messages regardless of the time of day. My apartment is also very updated and modern. There’s also a great big area in the back for my dog to stretch her legs.

I have lived here for almost a year now. I can say it is one of the best places I have ever lived! Candice and Kevin are amazing! It is well managed and safe. My neighbors are all nice. Anytime I have a maintenance request it gets taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend living here!! 10/10.

Been living here for almost a year now and have truly enjoyed my accommodations! They are truly on top of stuff and make sure that their tenants are taken care of! As a first time renter I’m glad I picked these apartments to live!☺️ Kevin and Candace are always so helpful and informational and friendly as can be!! The place is quiet! They allow my sweet fur baby which most places don’t, and the apartments are nice as a whole, and my neighbors are friends as can be as well! It definitely has been a pleasure!
