Greenback Manor Apartments

I’m very concerned about safety in these apartments. The owner has locked one of the exits with a chain, leaving only one way out for all residents. This is dangerous in case of fire or emergency. It’s unacceptable to block an emergency exit — this could put people’s lives at risk. Everything else might be fine, but safety should always come first.

If you’re not Russian or Ukrainian Then you will Not feel welcome here I’m just being honest the Apartment workers are real rude And hostile If you are a Ukrainian or Russian trying to move, then you might find it nice but if you are mostly of any race, other than that, you will not find it welcoming

Community: 1/5 Parking: 3/5 Environment 2/5 Housing 2/5 Management 2/5 Rent 1/5 The biggest issue of these apartments are really the community. I don't think you'll ever find such a bad and hostile community like this. If you are any different from the general community, you will be badmouthed! (There's one other review highlighting this issue) I don't know if they're this bad because of their parents or maybe whatever influence they get their acts from, but I've never felt so miserable walking around these apartments next to other minors. The community is... Oddly toxic. Parking lately has been easier, you have the office parkings filled which shouldn't be a problem if someone didn't take your actual given parking spot. I was a single mother lived there for 6 years and was harassed by people who spoke to me in Russian and trying to convert me to their religious. Their guests were taking my parking space because they were selling cars purchased in car auctions. Their children were climbing on the tree in the front of my window and throwing balls, water bottles and different objects into my windows because I am different than they were. I tried to make a photo's of them while they were throwing objects but they were so aggressive and attempted to snatched my phone from my hands, mocking me. I heard one of them called and asked somebody over the phone what to do with me. One girl told me that they were related to each other so people who lived there were all related to each other. It was terrible. So loud and millions childrens outside under window who are playing games and yelling until 11-11:30 pm. Sometimes I thought that their parents doesn’t care at all what their childrens are doing. If you’re planning to stay there and if you’re working and should wake up before 5-6am - never go to live to these apartments. Because you will not be able to sleep until very late because of “kindergarten”.
