Stunning gated community for an incredible price. You have to work with Josey if you go there she is one of the best new construction sales reps I've had the pleasure of working with in my 10 year career as a realtor! Highly recommend, grand is a great builder and Josey exemplifies the company's values with her experience and genuine kind and helpful nature.

Dont come out here if you are a realtor to see the model home. I was turned away by the sales consultant. I asked him well can clients come view the model home inside themselves …again he said no. I have friendships with other consultants at other Grand Homes and they said they’ve never heard of a thing.

I stopped by to look at some homes a few days ago. Great community! The home are absolutely stunning and I was very impressed with the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to the next appointment!
