I've been living here for the past 3 months and am really liking it! The manager is always super friendly and helpful! The staff overall is professional. The complex is quiet and safe. Mostly families and mature college students living here. I like that it's close to Fresno State and other shopping centers. Our apartment is very spacious and cute for a one bedroom and decently priced. No cockroaches unlike my last place! Highly recommend it! Update: It’s been 10 months and I have no complaints! The manager is on top of her job! We had our AC break a few months back and they provided us with a portable air conditioner until ours was fixed. Very happy here!

We have lived here for over a year, and we love it here! Anessa is such a great manager, and always answers any questions we have! Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Definitely recommend renting here!

Rent is raised regardless of the property value being the exact same as it was when I moved in 7 years ago (I really don't care if that is the standard, it is unbelievably crooked). Management is never in the office, and the emergency maintenance line goes to voicemail every time I call. So the management is never on site, and doesn't actually manage the place, but I get to keep paying higher rent. Management let someone park their car in my parking stall for the last month, and it has not moved. I finally called the only towing company my apartment will allow us to use, and they refuse to move the car. Management is actively stealing my stall, and not allowing me to get the car taken out, so when I need to use my parking lot, I have nowhere to park a car.

Management seems confused about what they offer. Was told we would have access to a six month lease and was preparing to sign when the office went back on their word and told us they don’t allow those agreements and tried to trick us into signing a 12 month. Overall very unprofessional and shady business practice. Oh well though. Guess the complex is more concerned with keeping empty rooms than paying tenants. Anyone with half a brain and some self respect would look elsewhere.
