Horrible. Don't ever use these people. They destroyed all my new furniture. No protection on any of the pieces. Every piece of furniture scratched up, knocked, big scratch gashes, drawer that no longer work. Throw things in the truck & storage unit like my furniture was a pile of trash. I give them a minus 10 rating. Horrible.
If you can get along with gene it's all right to do business with them
