Luke and the team are amazing. We live in Florida so needed someone we could trust to build our home in Waynesville. Their attention to detail and quality surpassed our expectations. We were updated throughout the whole process and felt like part of the Blue Sky family throughout the build. We needed some help setting up the place, mounting TV’s etc after the build and Luke’s team stepped in without being asked. Great organization, amazing people, so lucky we found them.

We invested our retirement savings in a custom built short term rental home in Waynesville. Luke’s team were amazing throughout the build process and we were blown away by the quality of the design and build. We’ve been renting the place for the last 3 months and the feedback from renters says everything - we’ve even had people ask for the builders details. Luke still contacts us to check on the place every few weeks and has been back a couple of times for small snags even though he handed the keys over several months ago.

Enjoyed working with Luke to build our dream beach home in OIB. Luke is very professional and very trustworthy. He has great ideas and does high quality work. It's been 3 years and I can still call Luke for advice & help. That type of service is hard to find!

Luke recently completed work for us on two custom short term rentals high in the mountains of Western North Carolina and we are so happy with his work! Not only does Luke do an amazing job, but he is gracious, kind, and so patient. He explained every step to us "newbies" in a way we could understand. He provided options and encouragement. His work is so great that our guests even comment! Luke with Blue Sky is one in a million when it comes to home building contractors. I have built five houses with five different contractors, and Blue Sky is by far the best I have ever worked with. From the very first day we met with Luke, we knew we had made the right decision. His attention to detail, concern for doing things the right way, and his attentiveness to our needs was extraordinary.
