Kristin and Hariette are the kind of people who could probably talk a grumpy cat into loving life. They handle everything with kindness, patience, and an almost magical ability to solve problems before you even realize you have them. Need help with a lease question? Boom—answered. I love the community and all the people that make this place go. From Kristin to Austin. Craig and Sam on the maintenance side. Awesome community events and food trucks. You can tell they really care about the residents here and help provide us with a beautiful place to call home. I’ve been here 3 years and have zero complaints. Every maintenance issue is solved for me within 24 hours. They go above and beyond in my experience. Great neighbors as well!

I absolutely love living at Palisades on Plott Creek. I have lived here since the property opened. Kristen has always gone above and beyond to assist the residents in anything they needed. She treats them as family. The entire staff is awesome! Any issues and there are on it ASAP Glad to call Palisades home 🙂

I honestly wish that I could give this place way more than 5 stars!! After living here for 3 years, we only moved because we finally bought a house, if not I could have honestly lived here forever. The location is perfect & so convenient to get to everything, especially to just jump on the highway. The views are absolutely gorgeous & I loved waking up everyday seeing the mountains. The property is always clean & well maintained. I will miss spending my summers over at the pool but mostly I will miss Austin & Kristin from the front office. They've been absolutely incredible & always treated me like family!!

I've lived at Palisades at Plot Creek for over two years and have to say it's one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, with ample windows for the sun to come in, but with 9' ceilings and crown molding you really feel like you are living in luxury. The kitchen has tons of space and a gorgeous granite countertop, with a deep double sink! It's a snap to keep clean with the plank flooring and has literally stopped allergy attacks. The best part of living here is knowing that the management listens and acts quickly on any issues that need to be addressed. I've never had that experience in any previous complex, this being my 5th complex. When I was stricken with recent health issues, they quickly addressed the accomodations I needed to make
