Groves at Waters Edge

I really hate that some one gave a bad review based on the price alone. We have had an amazing experience living at the groves so far. Kristin and Ashley and the maintenance staff, so sorry i forgot your names, are exceptional. The value and peace of mind is absolutely worth the price. If someone doesnt want to pay the price, I understand that, but please dont let that single review reflect poorly on the folks who work so hard here every day.

This is a beautiful place to live. The pool is ALWAYS constantly maintained. The work out room is peaceful with all brand new equipment. The staff goes above and beyond for everyone. Thank you for being the best place to call home.

I’ve had a great experience at The Groves at Waters Edge! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. The location is super convenient, and the apartments themselves are spacious and modern. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team really makes you feel like a valued resident. Highly recommend The Groves at Waters Edge to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

I drive by this new complex several times a week. The supposed waters edge is actually an acre behind a large hill at the back of the complex. Residents are nowhere near any waters edge. They are very close however to a scrap yard/ dump. Across the street is a run down strip of single apartments and a gas station, and up the road is a factory. There is no beautiful view of anything whatsoever but for the extravagant rent they charge you can close your eyes and pretend. Waters edge, give me a break.

Very friendly staff that answered all of my endless questions. The application process is easy and from start to finish it took a few days. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and we are happy that we get to be apart of the community here. 💕
