Well to start I was in the process of moving from my old house and in the market for a new house/apartment. I found a little apartment that I was interested in and requested a viewing. Nearly two days past and I get a call back setting up a time to visit the property. Upon viewing this apartment I find that it had a leak that was starting to show visible water damage going from the ceiling, down the wall I to the carpet. As you walk in the first thing I could smell was the musty scent of mildew that has accumulated since the apartment had sat empty. I informed my agent of the issue and stated I was interested in the location just wanted to ensure that the property manager was made aware of the issue. mauney cove apartments is horrible. great apartment but the whole place is being used as a shelter for tweakers. there is only one paying tenant there at a time because they use the other apartments as havens for tweakers which these people sell meth to but because the label has the word meth gone its just amphetamine to them. the currant non paying tenants have fake documents stating they are mountain projects programees but they too are selling dope to these people. those people were supposed to have moved out by now but they are constantly in these apartments sellings meth and using these units as meth houses. these tweakers then bother everyone on the street by destroying property everywhere. there used to be gardens(protected by the farmer laws) along the hole street back to front, th

Put us in a place in under 3 weeks, and it's a nice apartment, very roomy and up to date. Even furnish part of the utilities!!! And the rent is reasonable....
