We have had an amazing experience with the team at short term rentals with Sunburst. The house was perfect, and any small question we had was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. They are so much easier to work with than the "big box" national vacation rental companies. Highly recommended.

Burt is the worst person on the long term rental dept to deal with, he is rude, doesn’t know what he is talking about and instead of knowing his clients he should say let Me look up your file before spouting out things that doesn’t have anything to do with that particular client it’s somebody else. He gets more things mixed up than anybody I know. He should be fired. If this is Sunburst representation they are in bad shape.

Rick Border was super easy to work with during our property purchase. Sunburst has a great deal of experience in real estate sales, property management and rentals, so they are proactive and I believe saved me a lot of time and money.

Having personally renovated several properties for Sunburst, I can say that they care about the condition of their units. They payed fair wages to fix-up many properties that I worked-on, and payed me in a very timely fashion. In the office, working with Rick and Burt was nothing but a pleasure. I will do business with them again and again.

Sunburst Realty has done nothing to help with basic maintenance issues on a rental. They have blamed a dryer vent for extensive mold in the home. They have sent out maintenance techs that have caused further damage and left it unresolved. They are terrible with customer service and taking responsibility for resolving issues.
