Neighbors will make any amount of noise they want at any hour and the office wont do anything. Quiet hours are not respected or enforced. People without handicap stickers park in handicap spots all the time and you call the tow company to tow them, and the tow company wont do anything because the office has asked them not to. Seems about half the occupants smoke weed (even though it says you arent allowed to on the lease) and the office once again does nothing about it. There was someone who actually did their job once at the office Mark, but he is gone and so once again it sucks here.

Many times, a place becomes a home not because of the place itself but because of the people in it. In this case, I’m referring to the 3 wonderful people working in this apt complex. Back in May, I hosted a graduation party for my daughter at the Clubhouse. Since I wanted to have the party immediately following her Commencement it meant that I had just 2 hrs to get the party set up and food out to feed about 20 people. The party turned out beautiful all thanks to Sarah, Brandon, & James. They helped with unloading the food & drinks, decorating the place, and Sarah with her catering background was beyond amazing in helping setting out all those foods. This apt complex is lucky to have those 3 wonderful folks working for them. You could have a beautiful place, but it takes good people workin

Just moved in recently, the property is very clean, plenty of amenities like pool cabana, exterior fireplace, pool & bbq site. My unit was very clean and walk-in ready. Maintenance is very kind, and always available. Management is professional, quick and reasonable. Would like to see more options for dog park expansion or rain cover for when it rains for smoking section.

Spacious apartments with sociable neighbors and well taken care of grounds. Problems are rare to non-existent, you never get neighbors blasting music, maintence and management are both on top of their respective jobs. Very peaceful place to live.

My husband and I recently moved from Kentucky to Washington, and we needed an apartment by a specific date.
