I’ve been here for almost a year and yes all apartment have their highs n lows but cmon people let’s not complain about the AC issues cause they trying their best to work on it . Nobody is perfect and we can’t expect anything to be done at once when almost all apartment don’t have AC in it . My husband had been to the office 3 times yesterday and they are working on it since yesterday so for me there’s no complaints just patiently waiting for the AC to be back in the units not just for me but for everybody . Maria is amazing I can tell she trying her best . It’s not just the apartments suffering from not having AC the office does too so yeah that’s my opinion

I've been living here for over a year now with my family, maintenance is great always, they always respond quickly to any problems you may have and when they solve the problem they always ask if there's anything else needed, they have been building up new landscapes and new features in the apartments which makes it look attractive. Rosie and Maria are the two sweetest ladies, I have never had a better management then them, they always take care of me and family, I cannot complain I ask if y'all have any questions y'all should come up check for yourself.

I have been living here for almost a year this April. The only two complaints that I have about the apartment managment itself are they do not offer year round heating and air conditioning. This was not made known before signing our lease nor is it located on the lease. We did not find this out until we received our keys. The second is one that many people are concerned about...you literally have to stay on someone to have anything fixed. When the manager says someone is on their way 98% of the time no one shows. You have to keep calling. I am sure that they grade the problem by severity however you should not lie to the tenant if they do have to wait. I never even lived at these apartments and they came after me saying I owed them over $2,000! I called Rosie at the office and she was completely unhelpful. She told me I had to call the debt collection agency they used to get it sorted out. When I called the debt collection agency, they asked me 'Why are you calling? In this kind of case, the apartments should be calling us." I explained to them that Rosie refused to call them herself. They immediately told me that Rosie was wrong and that it was their responsibility to get the fraudulent charges off my credit. The guy on the line than proceeded to tell me to file a police report because whether or not this was intentional, it was still fraud. This is one of the absolute worst places I've ever lived, hands down. I moved out in late 2014 after breaking up with my boyfriend at the time, and during my time here we had bed bugs, roaches, and all sorts of problems with the hall bathroom. The front staff are no help at all and on top of that, they give me a $965 balance that I had no idea about until I tried to apply for my new apartment just recently. I was not even on the lease, I was an occupant. Now I have to dispute the $965 charge and get my credit straightened out because these incompetent fools don't know what the hell they're doing. They also apparently don't know how to send an email saying "She doesn't owe money." I had to come down to the office myself (a good half hour away from where i am now) and get the physical letter
