Gallatin Park Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and We really like it. The apartments are spacious and affordable. The current caretaker and management work hard to keep the grounds clean and maintained. It is communal living so there naturally is some noise and occasional trash but it’s minimal. We love our neighbors and we feel safe. Any maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and thoroughly and management has always been friendly and respectful and has followed up with any concerns or issues we have had.

I have really enjoyed my time here overall. We have been here quite a while, my family and I. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of requests. Wendy in the front office has been very fair and very sweet over the course of our stay here. She always makes sure everyone is taken care of. I would recommend Gallatin Park apartments for anyone in search of apartment living. This is definitely one of the better places that I have resided in when it comes to apartments. The grounds are well taken care of and everyone seems to take care about their living spaces well. one thing I would change would be to add a coat closet off of the living room. Everything else I'm pretty happy with.

So far it has been a wonderful living experience here at Gallatin Park Apartments.. I have four children and they absolutely love it!! Wendy is very professional and friendly. Maintenance is on point. The neighborhood is quiet. It feels safe and secure. The location is great, as my children love the Civic Center and park. I would highly recommend this complex to those who are thinking of moving here. It is pet friendly as well!!

My family and I have been living in Gallatin Park now for almost 2 years, and have never had any issues. Our neighbors are all very friendly, the property manager is always very helpful and tries to be as accommodating as possible, and we have never had any issue trying to get any repairs done by maintenance. The neighborhood is very quiet, and safe compared to other complexes in the area.

I have lived here two years. Try to remember that older reviews are from when this complex had a different manger. They switched management teams right before I moved in. The new management works very hard to keep this place clean and updated. They regularly perform maintenance on the grounds to keep everything looking fresh and new. The maintinence man goes out each morning and picks up any trash left out. So please if you move in, make his job easier and dont throw your trash around.The units themselves are always cleaned and new carpet and paint in place, if needed, before a new tenant moves in. Also, I've had a few issues with things breaking or not working properly and maintenance has always been quick to fix it. The only complaint I have is that the rent is a little high for an incom
