They will charge ridiculous amounts for cleaning and painting to keep your deposit. They said they had to pay $250 for cleaning a one bedroom apartment that was already clean. $450 to paint? Since when does cheap awful flat paint cost that much?? Avoid at all costs!

Told my young grandchildren that live on a budget like a lot of other's that no one was looking at a place they were interested in,this was stated by the agent dealing with them on this particular place charged them $50 a piece to apply then informed them the place was taking. Sounds like someone taking advantage of younger people and it was just a background check,they don't have any issues with their background or credit just young pretty pathetic to take advantage like that least give them the money back you scammed off them...

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They deducted half of my security deposit for maintenance charges caused by regular wear and tear of an already half run-down apartment. Not to mention the tenants in the surrounding units who were allowed to regularly allowed to engage in behaviors ranging from obnoxious to illegal. Don't rent from them. Ever.

GAC property management is excellent! When I e-mail them about an issue, they are prompt, professional and polite. I appreciate all they do to make life easier. Highly recommend them!

Good until you have to move out. Then expect the worse at your last month.
