I've never written a review with such gratitude and happiness. I'd like to share how grateful and blessed my family and I are for the entire team at Irvine Company - Franklin Street Apartment Homes (Redwood City, CA). We'd especially like to mention Mr. Tre'von and Mrs. Sandra. "You guys and the entire leasing office team, are GOAT" They are extremely competent and attentive professionals. The apartment complex is located in a incredible location in Redwood City, the amenities and the apartments are wonderful (safe, peaceful, clean and others). Thank you guys so much for everything.

Been a resident here for almost 3 years, and every time we’ve had to renew the lease we think about whether or not we should stay and renew or try living somewhere else. Ultimately, we always decide to stay because the service we receive from Franklin Street staff is the best. We’ve lived in various apartments in different parts of the country, but we’ve never received better service than the folks in the front office like Sandra, Ariel, and Tre. Communication is consistently fast, clear, and productive. The technical staff is fantastic. It doesn’t matter if Rodolfo, Jorge, or Kevin is the one who stops by: any time there’s an issue inside our home they come within a day, fix the problem with seeming ease, and deal with any issues with a friendly face. Ive called Franklin Street Apartments my home for more than 4 years and I love my home. Everything about this community; the staff, the management and the property are amazing and I love living here.

We truly loved living here! The location is perfect, the area is always clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and responsive — every maintenance request was handled right away. The amenities are well-maintained and easy to use, making daily life so comfortable. The overall community is peaceful and beautifully managed, making it a wonderful place to call home.

Jorge, the maintenance technician, has been great since I moved in. He responds quickly, resolves issues right away, and always follows up if something needs to be ordered or delayed. Any time something comes up in my unit, I never worry because Jorge always makes sure everything gets taken care of. Really appreciate his professionalism and reliability!
