Franklin River Apartments

The staff was wonderful! They were warm and inviting. We didn't have an appointment at they did not hesitate to make us feel welcomed. Gwen asked all the right questions to make sure she knew what my needs were. The apartments are laid out beautifully. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are awesome!

Nice nice nice nice went to view on Tuesday. This place is so CLEAN very professional staff, He showed me a very nice 3rd floor balcony nice view inside was roomy, great closet space!!! Grounds are well kept. They are even renovating the porches fresh cement steps, rails, and appliances. I would move here if I hadnt found a 3rd floor with inside w/d little larger little cheaper at my 2nd viewing. Franklin River is a Great Place though!! Very very clean!!!!!

My experience with Franklin River was poor at best. If possible, I would not give a single star. We paid the application fees and received instant approval. That was the fasted communication from this community. After that, we had to call numerous times and leave multiple messages just to talk to anyone. We waited for someone to call and give us move-in options and confirm all necessary details. Over a week later, I was finally able to reach someone who was rude, condescending, and failed (again) to follow through with information. A firm move-in cost could not be relayed because one person was out of the office most of the week. When Gwen promised to send the lease details, she didn't. I had to call back two days later to try and reach anyone else. By this time, we had made up our minds t

My tour experience with Franklin River was phenomenal. I was impressed by the professionalism and the overall property itself. Gwen was amazing im so glad to have met her. She explained everything wonderfully. The amenities are great the apartment look great. My move in experience was equally nice. Eres is so nice and approachable.

I love this complex. It’s beautiful. My apartment has new upgrades and has a nice view. The ONLY 2 things I don’t like are that there tends to be trash everywhere that spills into the woods, and people speed through here all day and night. So much so to where I don’t feel safe walking my dog. A few months ago, my boyfriend got into a head on collision from someone coming around a bend too fast and slid into him. The “security gate” to this gated community has been run over more times than it’s been up in the few months that I’ve been here. We have speed bumps but people just roll right over them at high speeds. It’s beautiful, but contemplating on renewing my lease due to safety.
