Fox Hollow Apartment Homes

I have lived here at Fox Hollow for long time and in that time several management compaines have been taken over this apartment complex. We have a good neighbors and Fox Hollow make them move out because of their income to high. I give them 0 stars, Fox Hollow bring trash peoples move in here and drug trafficking, which I'm not comfortable live here. It was the worst apartment I've ever lived. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Neighbors don't have no respect on peoples who park at the handicap when they don't have handicap tag. BEWARE!! Apartment is very old and have old appliances. They need alot of work in the apartment. Fox Hollow need to upgrade everything. New Kitchen cabinets, new sink, new windows, new electric wire, etc. Alot of mold. Fox Hollow property use to be clean before but not anymore.

You will get denied for cash deposited into your bank account because they don’t know where it’s coming from. Every place I ever applied to always look at paystubs and other reliable income. Never have I ever got denied for the amount of cash I deposited into my account each month. If $500 was directed deposit into your account, you withdraw the $500 and put the $500 back in your account. They will calculate it as $1000. So basically if you want to apply here make sure you don’t have cash transaction on your bank statements. Also if you get some type of loan they calculate that’s as your income as well. Update:Fox Hollow, Community Director that email is invalid 🤦🏽‍♀️

We moved in april during the covid breakout and once approved the process was more successful than we thought. A few bumps here and there but we all understand the world is crazy right now! My cousin and I love the area and the apartment as well and very happy to call this our new home. Neighbors and staff are friendly and welcoming! And the environment around the apartment is very clean and kept up. Affordable and washer/dryer included. Big help to us. Much happier here than where we were!

i have lived at fox hollow since i moved to NC 2 and a half years ago.. love the staff, very friendly and they work with you to get what you need done in a timely manner.. love the area as it seems to be nestled right in the heart of everything you might need. its kept nice also....

Me and my roommate move here 2022. We has no problem at all. Since last year they change everything. I agree with what people said about Fox Hollow. Heather was a great person she is and amazing person and friendly. I'm sure people still miss her. Maintenance guy is wonderful and amazing too. They charge us for pest control and they never came. They charge us too much on the rent bill. Admin fee, water twice, sewer, and plus they never notice to us that they increase the pest control. Plus alot of dog poop on the grass which is stink and never clean up. Water is stink and need to be clean the pipe. When I turn on the hot water, which is the water is cold and have to leave it water running like 5 mintue to have the water turn hot and that water waste. Sorry to said that but I agree with eve
