Floral Gardens

Renters with families beware!!. This place seems like a safe place for families with its beautiful gardens. But it is not as it seems. Management keeps harassing renters on a daily basis. It is Far from Family friendly, as kids are not allowed to have any toys, bicycles etc on the facility’s grounds. They have maintenance people knocking on peoples doors daily asking for kids stuff to be put in the apartments, that don’t even fit the renters inside, despite the astronomical monthly charges. Anything left outside, let it be baby stroller to barbecue, they throw in a huge dumpster they have sitting in the parking lot. Even during the Covid pandemic they had their financial department calling and threatening with court proceedings for late payments (not NO payment, but LATE). If you have pets

Can’t say how tired and disappointed I am in the management of this facility. You have to chase after these people to do their job, especially Priscilla. The only significant person and nice person has been Miguel the supervisor who has gone above and beyond to assure we received the necessary attention. Otherwise, forget about it. There needs to be more reviews of this place and the heinous quality of care.

This is at least my third review. PLEASE GET RID OF THE MAN THAT IS SPITTING! DISGUSTING. So many have complained, but NOTHING is done. There is NOTHING FLORAL about these apartments. RUN away, dont WALK! PLEASE GET RID OF MANAGEMENT!!! THEY ARE BEYOND WORTHLESS!! I WILL CALL THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE NEXT IF I HAVE TO. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Management is HORRIBLE AND SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE REPLACED! Other tenants I know feel the same way. We don't want to move, we REFUSE & will stand our ground until new management arrives. PLEASE CHANGE MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY! They are useless. This is A NO BRAINER! NO ONE should ever PUT UP with what management puts tenants through HERE! DISGUSTING.

i am living here from 1 year trying to move out very bad maintenance would not recommend to anyone .
