TO ALL: BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS APT COMPLEX. WE APPLIED TO LEASE AN APT AND ONE DAY LATER CHANGED OUR MINDS AND THEY CHARGED US $400... THEY ALSO SENT THE BALANCE TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND REFUSED TO NEGOTIATE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT RENT AT THIS APT COMPLEX AND THEY ARE INTOLLERABLE, UNFLEXABLE AND A POOR CHOICE !!! GO TO THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE IN STILLWATER INSTEAD WHERE THE MANAGEMENT IS EXCELLENT !!!

Posting on behalf of my family member who lives there. They are trash! Never get locked out after hours! Cuz they say get a locksmith! And when you tell them the locksmith says they cant open the lock they say oh well wait for the office to open in the morning. Leaving you with no place to stay. BUT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR a 24 hour maintenance person. They also waited two months to fix my washer. So no way to wash clothes! I went almost three months with electrical issues in the bathroom. I told them about the spiders and they did nothing to remove them or spray or resolve the issue. Literally all my complaints go months without being fixed, if they ever do.

Maintenance and Samantha are both great. Maintenance is always quick to fix something and Samantha helped me out recently resolve something I really appreciate the customer service

Jessica is awesome and glad to see she’s back!! it’s good leasing options at fifty-one flats.

Apartments are beautiful and the staff is super nice. Dog park is a huge plus!
