Fidelity National Title

Fidelity requested that I send wiring instructions through a non secure email. I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I delivered the correct detailed information for the wire to their office, including the confirmation phone number to double check the information prior to sending the wire to our account after closing. They did not confirm the wire with our financial advisors office as instructed in the paperwork nor did they use the correct wiring number or correctly identify the account. As a result, the wire was not delivered. As soon as I knew they had not confirmed the information and the funds were missing, my financial advisor was eventually able to track down and retrieve the wire.
