They don't take care of the property knowing that the people are 55 and older the snow cleaner is not around i have to complain to bbb and other people took 2 months to fix lock

it appears that fdp management is quite possibly a large national perhaps even international corporation. If this is the case my concern is their actual commitment to the idea of people making homes in their rental properties and being a steward of the community. My experience with them today was too impersonal in the process to simply view an apartment - where you're expected to supply them with a minimum of 1/3 of your income for a place that you would like to be your home. To view the apartment you have to fill out an application just to view the apartment. The website demands this process. It is impossible to speak with a human who is skilled in customer relations. You may speak with someone but their information about the application process in order to view the apartment is incorrect

The management team and property managers are very professional and attentive. The few maintenance requests I've had have been fixed faster than I expected. Working with management is quick and easy!

Maintenance response has been very slow in my experience. Many repair requests take a long time, and some never seem to get resolved. Recently management sent an email to tenants. See what they said... "For many of you, this is your first or second experience having a place of your own. In today's culture, we live with the expectation that things need to, or are expected to be completed "yesterday". This is not the case. There are priority levels. Minor inconveniences must wait while those of a greater need or urgency, must be met first. I hope someday you all will, if you desire, own a home of your own.
