Fairways of Inverrary

I do not rely on reviews; I prefer to form my opinions based on my own experiences. The administration at Fairways of Inverrary demonstrates very poor management and makes little effort to provide adequate customer or resident care. I had the opportunity to visit Fairways of Inverrary to inquire about an available apartment unit. One of the leasing agents, named Katy, gave me a tour of a renovated model unit. During the tour, I noticed that Katy was very dry and disengaged when answering questions. She seemed uninterested and gave the impression that her time was more valuable than showing the apartment. The tour felt awkward, as she remained mostly silent unless I specifically asked a question about the unit or the property, including during the elevator ride. Her demeanor was unwelco

I wanted to leave this review to honestly say that moving into fairways was the best decision I’ve made in a long time , I couldn’t think of a better place I’d rather call my home. The community is very quiet , very clean and everyone keeps to themselves. A very peaceful place in my opinion, the move in process was very smooth stress-free and easy thanks to the Main Office Team. I would 1000% recommend

Lived here some time ago. I was lucky enough to live in the small 2 floor building with the golf course as my back. But- this place is crazy! Many bad things happened here. My friends BMW was stolen out the front parking lot and found sitting in bricks some county’s away 3 months later. Many ppl including myself that did laundry here had a stranger personally pick out the nice items they wanted ( don’t use the washer and dryers!!). There was a man would I think lived with his family 4 doors down (he was an alcoholic think) so then for 2 weeks he was sleeping under MY staircase that was outside. The lady that lived underneath me complained about my dogs pooping- when in fact, it wasn’t dog poop at all b/c it was full of insects. It was the toad poop. (The big toads that live out there)

Been living here for about 3 years. The most beautiful sunsets. Everything is always so quiet , clean and pleasant. Iliana at the office is just phenomenal. she will answer her emails on the weekends to any concerns I might have. The others girls at the office are great as well. Ready to help . The place is quite close to everything and great neighborhood for kids.I feel safe here, and looking forward to living here more years to come.

DO NOT MOVE IN YOU WILL REGRET IT. The photos they have online look nothing like the apartments. I have lived here for over 3 years and truly it’s horrible. They will charge you market price for an apartment full of roaches with stained counters and cheap chipping paint, and when you tell them about it they say they’ll send people to spray that don’t even enter your apartment. I have had money go missing from my house after their “inspections” which I’m sure maintenance has stolen but I can not prove. They have left a whole building without electricity for over a week, they will go weeks without fixing elevators and the gym has never worked the entire time I have lived here. Community washers and dryers regularly break but they don’t allow you to hook up your own in your house but charge y
