Fairview Commons Apartments

Fairview Commons apartments are spacious and welcoming, These newly renovated units are in a quiet location, with lovely interiors. They are exactly what I was hoping to find. The management company is great, too.

Lived here with another tenant for 4+ years as the building switched hands multiple times. Each time it switched management companies, there was another reason to raise the rent. Raises again with each new leasing period in order to "be on the same level" as other complexes in the community. Newsflash, the other complexes in the community offer actual amenities! This place is run by greedy scumlords. All they did was add some vinyl flooring and fancy appliances to new units., which does not make up for the 1100+ rent prices with 0 amenities. Don't live on a bottom floor apartment as you will not even be able to sleep from the noise your upstairs neighbors make!

In a market limited by the availability of quality multi-family properties, Fairview Commons stands apart as an example of great vision, management and the creation of affordable housing options.

Love living at Fairview Commons. Family friendly environment. Been here for over two years and it feels like home.

Well appointed units, friendly management, awesome location. Would definitely recommend.
