Evergreen East

I moved here in October thinking it would be a great place to start over after a very emotional and medically challenging year the first 3 months were bliss. Then all of a sudden my upstairs neighbor starting with loud music loud parties slamming of furniture walking like there is a herd of cattle chasing him. I've reached out to staff at Evergreen East via phone and email, I did what they advised as far as who to contact and I never received a return email. It has been a living hell in my own apartment the noise triggers my PTSD I've had to leave my apartment and stay somewhere else several times because of the noise and the turmoil I am suffering. Quality of life is not good living in these conditions. Ive reached out to try and fix this issue. To be respectful I'm not naming people . I

I really appreciated how kind and professional Jen was—she treated me with respect and guided me through every step. She helped move my application along quickly, and I even felt like I built a bond with her through the process. The Evergreen East location is also great, close to everything I need, which made moving in even better.

Stacey is so nice and so is Jenn, I can't speak for the other staff because I haven't worked with them or met them but they are so polite and helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me stay on top of everything I've needed to get done. 10/10 love being here.

My application process from start to finish with Stacey and Cynthia was so easy. These lovely ladies did everything they could to get me approved. I move in on Monday and I could not be more excited to create a home here!
