Estes Park Apartments

I genuinely question how some of the positive Google reviews for this place exist, because my experience at Estes Park Apartments was anything but positive. The apartments are not clean, this is not a nice or safe place to live, and the staff are far from helpful. I was even laughed at by staff when trying to resolve issues. I cannot stress this enough: do NOT move here. Estes Park Apartments, managed by GSC Management, was a year-long nightmare. The management office is completely disorganized and unhelpful. I tried twice to sublease or have someone move in with me, going in person each time, only to find out later that the information they gave me was incomplete or incorrect. Either the staff do not understand their own policies, or they simply don’t care. They also added my boyfriend

John is very helpful and he puts the people first. He helped me set up my resident portal account in the office while he was swamped with other assignments. He is truly a blessing to have here at Estes Park. I have lived here for 6-7 years and John has been one of the best leasing agents Estes ever had.

About a month ago, I wrote a review about how I could hear every single footstep my upstairs neighbors took. The leasing office saw my review and reached out to chat. A few weeks later, they brought out a crew to lay down material to try to pad my neighbors' footsteps. I think I have the world's loudest neighbors so I'm not sure how effective the padding was BUT, I was so grateful that the maintenance team was so kind and responsive. The complex can only do so much to combat the fact that my neighbors like to stomp. The maintenance team here is super quick.

I’ve had such a great experience with John at the leasing office. He’s genuinely friendly, down-to-earth, and doesn’t exaggerate or overpromise. Just honest and helpful. When my friend moved in, he helped her carry her luggage, and he also gave me a hand moving my mattress upstairs, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the apartment itself is really nice and affordable, which is hard to find these days. The whole experience has been smooth and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I moved to this complex in August as a professional student and was helped by John multiple times. He is super attentive, friendly and helpful every time. From requesting guest parking permits to fixing a water bill error that happened once and even if it’s a minor issue or a question he’ll always be there to address it. And if he isn’t there, Anna (I hope I have her name right) on the back desk helps me every time and overall I haven’t had any issues with living here in the past 6 months!
